Music Chocolate Festival 2025 at Osaka’s Zepp Namba on February 15 attracted anticipation for a special celebration of love through music. Under its theme of bringing music-filled LOVE to everyone, moving videos from Korea and Japan opened proceedings on screen. Distinct performances filled a stage where music and love met, leaving a memorable experience.

A Fresh, Energetic Opening

Following 2FACE among the varied acts, KANO MIYU immediately drew attention. In a fresh sky-blue outfit, she opened with “Over Drive.” Clear vocals and lively pop-rock quickly raised the atmosphere, while positive stage presence brought pleasure.

Her active communication carried the excitement of a first encounter beyond performance alone. Audiences waved, kept time and answered her energy with warm applause.

Lively Rhythm and an Approachable Presence

After the opener she introduced herself in Japanese with a friendly smile. She then sang her group sis/T’s cover “Ai no Battery” in a mixed Japanese-and-Korean version.

First released in Korea in 2009, the new-generation trot song has a memorable melody and lively rhythm. Her bright character shone; listeners moved to the familiar tune. A small mistake and an amused “Ah, I got it wrong!” made her candid playfulness feel even closer.

Enjoying the stage in step with listeners softened the artist–audience boundary and created special memories.

Closing with Her Original HELLO,TOKYO

She closed with her original “HELLO,TOKYO,” following covers with her own song.

The song holds anticipation for new life in Tokyo and self-encouragement. The bright idea “Hello, hello, hello, hello, I am here” seemed to offer courage. Sweet vocals and emotional delivery deepened its effect while the room listened quietly.

A Performance Leaving Warmth

At the finish she smiled and called “Thank you!” Positive energy lasted throughout, leaving warmth. Fans calling her name and requesting an encore afterward showed the impression made in a short time.

Her varied, distinctive performance established a presence as an artist conveying love and hope through music, giving reason to anticipate further stages and her musical journey.
